A - Z Useful Information

CASHPOINT

A cash machine is now available in Palm Court (main entrance foyer) just outside the security office. The service is provided by the Co-Operative bank.

CATERING FACILITIES

There are a variety of food services situated around the perimeter of the Great Hall as well as a food area as shown on the floor plan in the official show guide.

CHILDREN’S AREA

The show will stage a children's area, open to children aged 5 – 14 years.

CHILDREN'S STEP STOOLS

Children can get a better view of the layouts by hiring a child’s stool step for a returnable deposit of just £3! Visit the Information Office to hire your stool step (subject to availability).

CLOAKROOM

A cloakroom is available in Palm Court (main entrance foyer); the charge per item is £1.

DISABLED ACCESS

There is full disabled access around the venue with the exhibition all on the ground floor.

DOGS

No dogs permitted apart from official guide dogs.

FIRST AID

If you require first aid please contact the medical centre situated adjacent to the marble vestibule between the Great and West Halls. Or contact one of the Organisers who will call them for you.

Alexandra Palace operates a No Smoking policy.

Saturday 10.00am – 5.30pm
Sunday 10.00am – 5.00pm
(Doors open at 9.30am for pre-booked ticket holders.)

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

A FREE shuttle bus service will be running continuously on Saturday and Sunday between Alexandra Palace Station, Wood Green underground station and Alexandra Palace.
